ISO9001 Certification
The materials to be prepared for ISO9001 quality management system certification are as follows:
1. A copy of the business license and a copy of the organization code certificate.
2, the verification report of the measurement and inspection equipment of the enterprise;
3. The certificate of entry for special posts;
4. One or two and three level documents including quality manuals and procedures.
5. Information on the supply and marketing of enterprises;
6. Information on human resources of enterprises;
7. The company profile and the number of existing employees;
8, management review, internal audit, satisfaction and other information.
The specific process is as follows
First, the applicant submits an application that is formally signed by its authorized representative. The application or its appendix shall include the nature, name, address, legal status, and human and technical resources of the organization;
The coverage of the products or services covered by ISO9001 certification; copy of the business license of the legal person; a certificate of qualification, a copy of the production license when necessary; and general information about the quality system and activities. The applicant agrees to comply with the certification requirements and provide the information needed for the evaluation.
The second step, when the application material is received by the applicant, the decision of acceptance, non admissibility or improvement is made within 30 days after the contract review, and the client is notified.

Differences in understanding between B. certification bodies and applicants have been resolved.C. has the ability to carry out certification for the certification scope, operation place and special requirements of the applicant, such as the language used by the applicant.
The third step, the two sides signed the “quality system certification contract”. Before the field audit, the document quality system established by the applicant’s ISO9001 standard should reach 3 months. At least 2 months in advance, the quality manual and related documents are submitted by the consultancy Certification Center.
